"Like most of the people I associate myself with, one thing in common is that we are all motorcycle addicts. I searched for over two months and 10 States trying to find a better deal on a Big Bear Chopper and could not find one. When I first drove to look at the BBC, I instantly fell in lust. I talked with Craig Hiebert the Sales Manager about solidifying a deal and he assured me that he would do what he could to get me a good deal on the chopper, trade in and financing. He ran some numbers and held true to his word! Not only was it a good deal, it was a SMOKING DEAL!! I rode my softail 100 miles to Salem to take care of the business and left a very HAPPY man! I was in and out of the store in about an hour and they even hauled it in the trailer for 3/4 of my trip!! This shop is not your typical shop. No such thing as a "car salesman" approach or a "suit and tie" feel, just a deep respect for what makes all of us happy. Good, clean motorcycles. I will continue to send more business to Craig and the fella's at Salem HD! "

"On 2/21/09 I purchased my first HARLEY, brand new Electra Glide Ultra. Must say this was the best buying experience hands down. "Back in July of 07 I was up in Oregon on business, of course I took a bike with me. During a little down time I was out riding and came across Salem H.D. I found a great looking Sportster 1200R sitting on their showroom which would be perfect for my 17 year old son to ride. After a 500 miles we found the Sportster was a bit small for a 6� 200lbs kid! Right about that time Clif Fodge called to see how we were enjoying the Sporty. I told him we were thinking of replacing the bike with the new Fat Bob. Cilf said he would see what he could do to help. Long storey short, cliff found us the exact bike we wanted, with California emissions, gave us a fair deal on the Fat Bob and a very fair trade in value on the Sportster. After we did all the paper work by mail, Clif even had the bike delivered to Weed CA for the trade off saving me over 12 hours of travel time round trip! I have 6 Harley dealers to choose from within 50 miles of my home. This is my 4th new Harley in the past 4 years. My next new Harley will definitely come from Salem Harley Davidson. By the way, this new Dyna Fat Bob is definitely the perfect addition to my small Harley Collection. It is like riding a sport bike with all that makes a Harley a Harley! "To the Owners of Salem Harley-Davidson: This past January while working in Texas, my Electra-Glide was stolen. For the past couple of months I had been looking for a new bike to purchase without success. A friend of mine, Kevin Day, told me I should check out Salem H-D. I emailed your website in March and received a prompt response from Dan Orosco. I was unable come to your dealership until April 2nd which was your open house. On this busy day, Dan was extremely helpful and knowledgable and showed me only the bikes that I had previously expressed interest in. I ended up purchasing a 2005 Road King Custom which was a demo model you had. He gave me a very fair price on it and explained the bike's history and I purchased the bike and told him I would return the following week to pick up the bike. I returned unannounced on April 6th to pick up the bike. Dan went above an beyond to ready the bike for me a.s.a.p. The customer service that I received from Dan, Rachel, Efram and the service dept. was top notch. It is hard to find good customer service these days, but I sure found it at Salem H-D and felt these employees should be commended for their outstanding service.
